| Job Information | Construction Superintendent for a Medium to Small Size ” INDUSTRIAL /COMMERCIAL ” General Contractor, to Supervise General, Mechanical & Electrical SUBCONTRACTORS. Owner is a Soft Spoken NICE GUY, runs the Company, has a Couple key Superintendents, looking for Another One to Promote up thru the Company. -Must be able to Read Drawings ! -Must pass a Drug Test -Will do a Background Check -Must have 5 years experience on INDUSTRIAL and or COMMERCIAL PROJECTS, ( NOT RESIDENTIAL ). -Carpentry Experience is a Plus. -Projects Not Huge -Home at Night, NO TRAVEL -Projects are Typically on West Side of Cleveland YES !!
