We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong work ethic to join our team.. The ideal candidate must provide leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control on all projects while meeting the operational goals of the company. Must have a proven background in contract management, budget and cost control, positive client relationships, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally along with strong computer skills!

Minimum 5 years Project Management with experience, along with heavy restaurant experience and a demonstrated ability to successfully start and complete projects with the highest levels of client satisfaction while displaying unquestionable integrity

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
– 5 years commercial retail construction project management exp.
– Oversight on new build restaurants
– Exp. in fast paced construction environment
– Provide support to bulk client base
– Provide support to Cost Management during project cost evaluation
• Complete management of projects and clients assigned to you by company Owners.
• Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule all projects for completion that are assigned to you.
– Qualify, negotiate contract, and coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of each project.
• Write contracts to selected suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversees performance of all subcontractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
• Oversee, advise, and manage assigned superintendent and field staff for each project.
• Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project on time.
• Report to owners and architects about progress and any necessary modifications of plans or schedule changes.
• Travel to project sites as needed and requested by company Owners.
• Assume full fiscal responsibility for all projects assign to you and manage all projects to or under budget.
• Managing all change order work from pricing through billing to insure costs are covered and budgets are maintained.
• Insuring that all project closeout requirements are completed and that all permits are closed out.
– Demonstrated ability to “drive the schedule” and bring a quality project in on-time and within budget
– Working knowledge of all trades with an ability to read and understand Specs, and plans for all trades
– OSHA 10
– Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office
