We are a fast growing Metal Fabrication shop located in Mentor Ohio that has been in business over 35 years. We are currently in need of a CAD Drafter/Designer. We design and fabricate custom weldments for a wide range of industries.

*Must be well skilled in AutoCAD and Solidworks and have at least 5 years experience.
*Meet with clients and review scope of project
*Collect competitive pricing for materials and services need for quoting and scheduling projects
*Create 3D CAD models and drawings for fabrication
*Coordinate drawings and material ordering per projects schedule.
*Must have a solid understanding of structural steel and welding practices.
*Draft detailed multi-view 3D drawings of parts and assemblies
*Create bill of materials based on shop drawings
*Create shop drawings from rough sketches
*Ability to manage multiple projects at once
*Efficient with time and priorities
*Occasional overtime may be required depending upon workload
